Our Purpose
The Founders
Emerger was founded by Samuel Holmes and Camille Nabolle, two friends who met at the University of Houston and share over two decades of combined experience in mega project logistics and supply chain management. Frustrated by outdated and disparate systems and processes reliant on complex spreadsheets and manual that lack connectivity and common control, they set out to build a comprehensive software solution that empowers logistics professionals to focus on strategy and delivery excellence, while also simplifying and mastering the mundane but equally important process steps managed by logistics.

Meet the Founders
Co-Founder
Samuel Holmes is an accomplished global logistics and supply chain professional with more than 13 years of experience across capital projects, shipment execution and operational strategy. His work spans energy, renewable power, defence and e-commerce fulfilment, with experience managing both complex industrial programmes and high-volume commercial logistics. Samuel is recognised for combining strategic leadership with practical execution to improve efficiency, productivity and delivery performance.
He has contributed to industry conferences and advisory organisations and has been recognised for innovation and emerging leadership within project logistics. Before his logistics career, Samuel was a nationally ranked tennis player and represented Liberia in international competition.

His background includes systems analysis at HP and project coordination within freight forwarding, giving him experience across both technical systems and real-world logistics execution.
As Co-Founder and CEO, Camille helps shape Emerger’s product and business direction by connecting logistics expertise, technology and operational strategy. He is experienced in working across project teams and corporate leadership and is passionate about creating systems that make complex logistics work easier to manage.
